Listed below are links to downloadable documents that govern ASCAP and its relationship with its membership.

UPDATE TO ASCAP'S COMPENDIUM AND DISTRIBUTION RESOURCE DOCUMENTS On December 10, 2008, the ASCAP Board of Directors adopted certain provisions to the Compendium of ASCAP's Rules and Regulations confirming ASCAP’s policies regarding administrative fees, expenses recoupment, expenses reimbursement, and harmonizing the removal of foreign originated works (§1.14, 3.8, 3.7 and 2.10.2(b), respectively). Furthermore, certain provisions were made to the Distribution Resource Documents, confirming and explicitly setting forth particular aspects of ASCAP’s payment that: ASCAP'S title database information is used for distribution of foreign society royalties, "Distributable Revenue" includes ASCAP Awards, and delayed or late payments are interest free (§II(D), (J), and (K), respectively).
