Cook County Wins Best Feature Film at the Hollywood Film Festival

Director David Pomes' debut effort, Cook County, was named Best Feature Film at the recent Hollywood Film Festival. The film is a disturbing portrait of the meth problems that have ravaged rural America. ASCAP writers Scott Szabo and Robert M. wrote a plaintive score that evokes the heat and despair of this fictitious East Texas community.
