The Four Tops in Fargo

A performance at the Fargo, North Dakota Civic Center by legendary vocal group The Four Tops kicked off the recent North Dakota economic summit, "Marketplace for Entrepreneurs," organized by U.S. Senator Kent Conrad (D-ND). Thousands of North Dakota business leaders attended the performance by The Four Tops, which was arranged by ASCAP.
