The TV Analyst shares overall responsibility with team members for providing efficient and accurate analysis of public performances, to ensure that performances are paid correctly and on time. Daily responsibilities include, researching, reviewing, logging and updating performance data.
Job Requirements:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
- Strong PC skills (Typing, Word, Excel, Access)
- Highly organized with an ability to prioritize
- Skilled at handling multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
- Ability to interact with people at all levels of business and management

TV Analyst-PT

Administrative Assistant

ASCAP's fastest growing department, New Media & Technology, is seeking a reliable administrative professional to support its executives and operations. The 'Administrative Assistant' will be responsible for assisting with the varied and numerous aspects of licensing operations; supporting department executives with secretarial tasks and special projects; and general department organization duties.
Job Requirements:
- Qualified individuals will possess prior experience as an administrative assistant, preferably in a small sales department (3-4 people)
- Effective, polished communication and organizational skills
- Competency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint, typing and proofreading
