Composer, singer/songwriter, producer and multi-instrumentalist Bill Cruz’s most recent film score is for Celia the Queen, a documentary on the life, music and influence of the great Celia Cruz. The score combines the Afro-Cuban roots of the source material with the wide scope of musical styles represented by the diverse group of interview subjects. In addition to scoring for film, TV and advertising, Cruz has released two albums as a recording artist (Three Shades and Spirit Parade) and is currently working on his third solo project.
