Originally from Rio de Janeiro, and residing in Los Angeles for the past six years, film composer Pedro Bromfman has worked extensively writing and producing music for films and documentaries. His recent credits include the Brazilian phenomenon and Golden Bear winner Tropa de Elite (Elite Squad), SXSW winner They Killed Sister Dorothy, Days of Fight and Between the Lines among others. Bromfman was nominated for a Brazilian Oscar for his work on Tropa de Elite. The film will have its US premiere at this year's Tribeca Film Festival.
