Critically-acclaimed songwriter John Mayer is prone to accomplishment. In his short career he's already sold over 8 million albums (Room For Squares, Heavier Things) and won three Grammy Awards, including Song of the Year for "Daughters." In 2005, John formed the blues & rock influenced John Mayer Trio with legendary studio musicians Steve Jordan and Pino Palladino. The Trio soon set off on a nationwide tour of intimate venues and released the highly-praised live album TRY! Most recently John has lent his hand to creative collaborations with artists such as Kayne West, Eric Clapton, and B.B. King in turn garnering the respect of his peers and idols. His third studio album, aptly titled Continuum, makes good on its name fulfilling the promise
expected from such a musical resume. Continuum will be released in July 2006.
