All 10 songs from AM's debut album Troubled Times, were placed in film and television shows (29 song placements) including HBO's Big Love, ABC's Men In Trees, MTV's Real World, and ABC's What About Brian. Described as the "missing link between Coldplay and Wilco," AM emerges fresh from the studio to showcase his second album Soul Variations, a continuation of his strong sense of melody and song craft coupled with intelligent lyrics and cinematic arrangements. Born in Tulsa and raised in New Orleans, AM draws influence from the classic songwriters of the the 60's and 70's as well as the culture of the deep south.
