Grace Potter and the Nocturnals help the 2010 Sundance ASCAP Music Go Out with a bang

Vermont-based soulful rock band Grace Potter and the Nocturnals delivered an explosive performance on the last day of the 2010 Sundance ASCAP Music Café on Friday, January 29th. It was a fitting end to an event that by all measures was an incredible success from start to finish. The Café featured 8 days of live performances from a dynamic and eclectic group of singer-songwriters, bands and spoken word performers. The Stanfield Art Gallery, home to this year's Music Café, was packed with filmmakers and festival-goers from the get-go, all standing shoulder to shoulder to enjoy some of today's top music creators in an intimate environment.
The final days of the Music Café also featured repeat performances from two of the week's most entertaining bands, The Rescues and Carney, as well as memorable performances from Sam and Ruby, Mike Posner, Isobel Campbell and Mark Lanegan, Califone (whose music is featured in this year's festival film, All My Friends Are Funeral Singers), AM, Holly Palmer and members of the spoken word group Youth Speaks.
