Austin Wintory

Film title: Captain Abu Raed

Austin Wintory has been in love with film music since age ten. He taught himself music composition in high school, and attended NYU and USC for his undergraduate and graduate degrees. As of January '08, Wintory's music could be heard in over 140 productions. In 2007 he scored five feature films, including the Sundance selection Captain Abu Raed, the score for which featured the Hollywood Studio Symphony and world-renowned singer Lisbeth Scott. That year Wintory also scored the PlayStation-3 game flOw for which he earned a British Academy Award nomination.
