Cortney Harding

Cortney Harding is a staff writer at Billboard. Prior to joining the magazine, she served as the music editor of the Portland Tribune and has written for the Village Voice, the Associated Press, Bust, Venus, Idolator and a number of alt-weeklies.

Harding has a B.A. in political science from Wellesley College and a master's in public policy from New York University (NYU), and worked in politics for several years before becoming a full-time writer.
