Composer Earl Rose Performs In New Year's Eve

Emmy Award-winning ASCAP composer Earl Rose performs his original instrumental "A-List Affair" in the new major Garry Marshall film New Year's Eve, currently in release globally. A fan of Rose's, Marshall specifically wrote the part of pianist for him, and he shares his scene in the film with Tony Award-winning actress Cherry Jones. The Warner Bros. production, which follows Marshall's successful Valentine's Day, features an all-star cast including Halle Berry, Jon Bon Jovi, Ashton Kutcher, Ludacris, Robert De Niro and Hilary Swank, among others.

Rose currently has music in such major television series as Pan Am and Bored To Death. He has written numerous film and television scores including those for the Peabody Award-winning Inventing L.A.: The Chandlers and Their Times and Emmy Award-winning Stardust: The Bette Davis Story.
